Again, my flow of blogging has been corrupted. I apologise.
From what my brain capacity can remember, I’ve received my A-level results, which were far better than last year. This has now opened the window of University to me. That’s a big step, as I’ve witnessed other friends take this leap. It’s definitely a good leap as it allows you to become more independent (at a rather speedy rate) and it also allows you to use your liver for what it was built for; drinking. Although, my heart is set on studying Music, English keeps creeping in there. I’m unsure whether to study straight Music or Music and English Literature. We shall see… This decision will surely come to some agreement when I’ve nervously broken down in front of my teachers in need of desperate advice. I’m such a happy chap(lady). I hate being forced to make a decision (this is a family trait) so I’m going to have to make a snappy analysis of my future. Reality has struck; I’m really growing up. Where is Peter Pan when you need him?!

It's alright for some, aye. Let's hope they don't get silly and invest in velvet jogging bottoms companies.

Slow down, boyz.
Just a link to my other blog: www.flammableproducts.tumblr.com
It has a snazzier layout but still contains the same crap.

Time.
I'm so bad with keeping up to this...must prove something about my life...
Currently listening to; Bonobo- Black Sands
Whilst repetitively sneezing. Yum.
It's the Easter Holidays! Free from teachers bothering me for two weeks! This also means a chance to gain weight and lose social compatibility...hmmm, maybe not that good then.
Got about six gigs in the holidays so I'm pretty excited for those. About three 18th birthday do's too. Shit, lack of money, innit. Twats. Why is everyone born in the same period?!
Also purchased a ticket for Leeds Festival this year, pretty sweet line-up. I'm also told the milkshakes are pretty good too. £185 for a milkshake trip...you only live once!
I'm also sick of the stupid government sending me leaflets containing their policies! I'm clearly not old enough to vote yet they still waste trees on sending me pointless bullshit. This makes me question whether they actually check anything on their database...or if they're like monkeys who must have EVERYONE'S attention.
On a final note, Chatroulette.com; check it out! Keep 'ya entertained for hours!
P.S sorry this was so shit :( I'll hopefully have a lot more to say considering it's the Easter holidays!
Stay classy, folks.

News.
Yesterday, one of my bands- Disciple 32- were offered a gig at Leeds Met. I am unbelievably excited, yet so nervous! I cannot believe we've been offered this opportunity! So many greats bands have played/yet to play there!
I'm still a bit patchy with 'routine' blogging. I apologise...I say I will blog but I never end up doing so.
I also found out on Wednesday that I should never be allowed to shotgun the passenger seat. Me and my very good friend, Rachel were heading to Leeds for some food. Rachel didn't know where she was going so I, being the smart arse, said I would direct. That plan failed. I took us off at the wrong junction and we practically ended up at where we started. It took us an hour to get to Leeds, instead of about 20 minutes. Happy days.
I've still got two re-drafts of coursework to do. One of them has to be in on Monday. I'm screwed. I don't blame it on the sunshine or the moonlight. I blame it on the drum kit. Sorry Michael, kids are surprising themselves y'know!
Hoping to get a couple of acoustic side projects started- I may have to sing in one of them. Oh Lord, behold this travesty that is embarked upon us.
Taken is a brilliant film. Watch it.
Let's see what the most played song is on my iTunes... *drum roll*...
Morning After Dark- Timbaland.
Actually, no surprise there. It is a pretty good album.
I also went to see Hot Chip on Tuesday at the O2 Academy. Wow. They were ace! Put on a great show and set such a good atmosphere. Check them out if you haven't already; they've been around for ages and they all look like mis-matched mates who go to the pub quiz every Friday night to escape their wives.
Sherbet Lemons; thank you Bertie Bassett.

YouTube.
It's been a long time, world.
As always, my life has been JAM PACKED with crazily safe activities!
Both bands are now on a roll again! Yipee! I have to admit, even if I do get a little nervous before a gig, the buzz from it afterwards is amazing! No matter how good or bad it goes or how big or small the venue is, the thrill! Woo
I'm also addicted to YouTube now. Especially the channel, CTFxC. Charles Trippy and Alli Speed may be normal Florida folk but they're so inspirational and have so many dedicated fans that watch their videos each day. I'm kind of tempted to start make my own vlogs, but I don't own a decent camera at all and my technological skills of editing videos ain't too great. But you never know, you could see me at number one on YouTube...watch this space...
Music-wise, Dubstep is the word. Filthy beats. Disciple 32 are getting a synth in a week, which is totally going to mix things up! Very excited to throw some dirty basslines in the mix. Ha, I sound so silly.
I'm now a member of DailyBooth- DrummerLaura
No idea how to use it, as most things but uploading funny pictures of my face most days could be quite fun!
Yesterday (Saturday), I bought two books. One on Antimatter- that's right, I'm going hardcore! The other is called 'The QI General Book of Ignorance' and it's fantastic! I'd definately recommend buying it! It basically corrects all the facts that we presume are correct. For example; What is the loudest thing in the Ocean? Incorrect answer: Blue Whale
Correct Answer: Shrimps
Reason: The sound of the 'shrimp layer' is the only natural noise that can 'white out' a submarine's sonar, deafening the operators through their headphones. The noise of the collected shrimps amounts to 246 decibels!
You get the picture...
Music recommendations for this post...A Day To Remember- for all you popcore/hardcore fans!
Only 'cause I'm having to use a double bass pedal in band now!
And for a different genre...Timbaland. Got a soft spot for that album right now (minus a couple of tracks that aren't so great, one of them being that bitch, Miley Cyrus)
Can you tell I'm addicted to BOLDING THINGS?!

Shoot.
Yesterday, I had a photoshoot with my band Disciple 32.
It went really well and the photographer, Jordan, was a sound guy. We're just waiting for our chosen shots to be edited so we can put them up on Myspace.
Check out his website; www.jordangreenphoto.com
His Flickr; http://www.flickr.com/photos/jordangreen/
We're on his flickr too; a taster as to what's to come!

Snow.
The whole country has ground to a halt due to the snow. Fair enough, we don't exactly get it often but it's causing so many problems. I couldn't get into college for a week and it refrained me from getting the last minute guidance I needed for my Music exam. That was the opitimal turning point of my feelings towards snow. I do love it but only when I'm going snowboarding, when you expect the snow and use it for the best purpose possible on some of the best gradients ever. This was just a big mess and it really annoyed me. Thankfully, the country seems to be removing its tampon and getting back into some kind of acceptable order.
Any who, I must add that Avatar in 3D is utterly magnificant! I thoroughly enjoyed it and I would definately recommend it to anyone who, wrongly, hasn't seen it yet! You can completely understand the amount of time it took to make it; waiting for the technology was extremely worth it.
Gig tomorrow night; fairly excited. Hitting new ground; Huddersfield.
Stay classy, folks.

Update
Ok, so I haven't blogged in a while. Missing out the important dates of Christmas and New Years.
DOH!
Here's a quick update;
On the 9th, I played my first gig with Disciple 32. It went alright but we were rather trapped in the headlights when Phil's Pod died on us just as we were about to go on stage. Marvellous. Fortunately, it started working again after 15 minutes of poking and prodding it. I went insane on the last song- good old D 'n' B for 'ya!
I had two Christmas meals with friends, both on the same day. Pig-style, yet rewarding I must say. First one was at Nandos. I never turn that breast down. Second one was at The A-Team's pianist/violinist's house. To you and much simpler, at Rachel's.
Oh god. The food was lovely especially my chocolate fudge cake that totally wasn't helped to be made by Sainsbury's...carrying that around Leeds was not fun. Fudge sliding all over the shop. Like a massive toilet explosion. Yum.
I may have had a bit too much wine; there is an o-so-flattering video of my dancing to Daft Punk. All I say is, you might as well start early!
Then there was CHRISTMAS DAY! My family came round and we had the usual meal and fun. Except this year, I got DRUMS! WAHOO! And, I also taught my one and a half year old cousin Freya some grooves. Now I know what its like to be a teacher- sharing the knowledge (that may not, by all accounts, be the best) makes you feel a little warmer inside.
Then Boxing Day at Papa's. Went to Leeds, to the sales. Yes. That is correct. Primark had a sale (why?!) so it was pikeys gone wild and Topshop was rammed with middle class bitches. So I gladly avoided those.
Got a nice top from Levi's but Vivienne Westwood was shut. Never impressed when that happens.
Then we travel to New Years. I went to the pub to start with some friends, one got a little too merry, bless her and after the countdown we hit tha' toooon. Until two. Yeah, hardcore.
Police were everywhere, holding back drunken bitches hair whilst they puked in their hands. Yay for class and yay for the merry city.
I've used bitches twice now (well, three). I must really feel for them.
I think I'm up to date now...
Next thing on the agenda; On the plus side, lots of gigs but on the down side, I have a Music exam in just over a week. Crap.
Check out;
